Clamp Rubber Joint
A flangeless rubber sleeve clamped directly onto plain pipe ends with stainless bands — large movement take-up on low-pressure lines up to DN1400, with no flange drilling at all.

What pressure can the Clamp Rubber Joint handle?
It is a low-pressure joint rated up to about 1 bar (0.1 MPa). For higher pressures use a flanged type such as the Single Sphere or Full Face Spool.
How is it fixed to the pipe?
The rubber sleeve slides over plain pipe ends and is sealed by external stainless clamp bands — no flanges, gaskets or welding.
What sizes are available?
DN50 to DN1400 (2" to 56"). Larger diameters are available on request as made-to-order items.
Which rubber compounds can I choose?
NR and EPDM for water and outdoor duty, NBR for oily media and FKM or silicone for chemically loaded or hot lines.
Does it absorb pipe movement and vibration?
Yes — the free sleeve between the clamp bands takes up axial and lateral movement and isolates vibration on fans, ducts and low-pressure pipework.
What documentation is supplied?
Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 and dimensional confirmation are supplied with your order on request.
