Yes — the low-level state trips the burner and raises the alarm before the water reaches an unsafe level, and the same architecture prevents over-fill.

Yes — each mercury contact tube is individually fine-tunable, so pump, burner and alarm differentials can be set to your vessel.
What is the electrical rating?
Rated insulation voltage 380 V AC with 6 A continuous current, wired with silicone-insulated cable for heat and moisture resistance.
