How does the Boiler Level Switch work?

A stainless-steel float follows the water level and tilts dual high-temperature mercury contact tubes, giving three distinct switching states — feed-pump control, burner enable/disable and low-level alarm.

What are the pressure and temperature limits?

Maximum working pressure is 25 bar (362 psi) and maximum allowable temperature is 200 °C.

Which connection types are available?

Type A1 with a GGG.40 flanged body, or Type A2 with a compact 1" threaded connection (BSP).

Does it protect against dry running?

Yes — the low-level state trips the burner and raises the alarm before the water reaches an unsafe level, and the same architecture prevents over-fill.

Can the switching levels be adjusted?

Yes — each mercury contact tube is individually fine-tunable, so pump, burner and alarm differentials can be set to your vessel.

What is the electrical rating?

Rated insulation voltage 380 V AC with 6 A continuous current, wired with silicone-insulated cable for heat and moisture resistance.
